Mark Jason Keys was also ordered to volunteer 40 hours community service after he pleaded guilty in the Mount Isa Magistrates Court with obstructing police.
Staff at the Red Earth bottle shop refused to serve Keys because they believed he was buying alcohol for other people who were refused entry, the court heard.
Keys went to another bottle shop nearby but staff there had been tipped off not to serve him.
Police intercepted him shortly after the second refusal and he refused to listen to their instructions.
Legal Aid solicitor Danny Yarrow said his client was frustrated at the refusals.
