THIS weeks darts fixtures saw some very exciting and interesting fixtures, the most notable of which was the duel between the brothers Tim and Brent Ibbotson in a match that many have been waiting to witness between the siblings. Among the competition favourites, the tension levels were incredibly high and could be felt around the darts hall. However nether player failed to disappoint both scoring highly and finishing strongly.

The match played out leg for leg until it was 4 to 4 (winner is first to 5). The final leg produced magic from both players with Brent getting down to just needing the double 20 to take out the match, with Tim still requiring 108 he looked favourite for the match. However Tim incredibly managed to keep his nerve and produced possibly the finish of the competition to take out 108 for the game and the bragging rights for the foreseeable future.
In other matches Clay McConnell lost 5-2 to Brian Anderson and Scott Ramsbotham defeated Damien Hall 5-0.
