Detective Superintendent David Hutchinson said the house on Logan Reserve Road was one of several properties that had been forensically examined as part of the investigation.
"This is not the only house or vehicle we have examined," he said.
"We have examined a number of houses and vehicles and this is just one avenue of inquiry."
Superintendent Hutchinson appealed for anyone who saw Tiahleigh, who went missing on October 30, in the area to come forward.
"We would take this opportunity to put out a public appeal for anybody who might have seen Tia or anyone fitting her description on Logan Reserve Road or the surrounding streets on that Friday the 30th of October.
"If anybody thinks they saw Tia or anyone fitting her description, we would urge them to contact Crime Stoppers."
Detectives have been forensically examining the address since Tuesday and expect to finish the search on Friday.
The house became a subject of interest after police received information as a result of a press conference held by Tiahleigh's mother Cindy last week.
A $250,000 reward has been offered for anyone providing information that leads to the apprehension of Tiahleigh's murderers and indemnity from prosecution is available for anyone who may have been a part of the offence but didn't commit the murder.
