NRL referees boss Tony Archer will tell Parramatta coach Brad Arthur he backs the decision to sin-bin Corey Norman after instructing his whistleblowers to get tough on professional fouls following the lack of action against Sydney Roosters forward Aidan Guerra three weeks ago.
