New Kangaroos coach Mal Meninga unveiled his team in Sydney on Tuesday afternoon, naming Radradra, Brisbane's Josh McGuire, Roosters' Blake Ferguson and North Queensland's Michael Morgan as the four players to make their Test debut against New Zealand next week.
NSW skipper Paul Gallen will start up front with Matt Scott, pushing James Tamou back to the bench, which also includes Brisbane's Josh McGuire ahead of Canterbury's David Klemmer.
Darius Boyd has won the battle to the No.1 jersey, with Josh Dugan and Greg Inglis to play in the centres.
Radradra will partner Inglis on the left, while Dugan will link up with former Canberra teammate Blake Ferguson on the right side.
Johnathan Thurston and Cooper Cronk are the halves, while skipper Cameron Smith will be in the No.9 jersey.
Matt Gillett and Josh Papalii will start in the backrow, while Broncos captain Corey Parker will lock the scrum.
The bench includes McGuire, Morgan, Tamou and Sam Thaiday, with Aiden Guerra and Michael Jennings named as 18th and 19th man respectively.
