On Saturday May 7, a Gidgee Healing Community Day will be held at Buchanan Park between 10am and 2pm. On Friday May 13, a candle light Vigil will be held at the Civic Centre from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
On Monday May 16, North Queensland Domestic Violence Resource Centre will host an open day from 10.30am to 3.30pm On Sunday May 22, Paws, Hooves and Claws will host a fund raising walk at the Mount Isa Rugby Union Oval on Alma Street from 7am.
On Friday May 27 there will be a Topsy Harry Homelessness BBQ with times to be confirmed. On Sunday May 29, there will be a Ngukuthati Men’s Shed white wreath March from the museum to the Civic Centre with times to be advised.
