Hand-written notes from deputy premier Jackie Trad at the bottom of a letter to federal minister Michael Keenan on Tuesday over delays to Queensland's disaster funding shows how angry Queensland is at $1.2 billion in disaster funding being delayed in the federal budget by up to two years.
