In vocal competition, Sharon Ranjit Kumar placed first for Vocal Solo eight years and under, while Kayla Woodsbey placed first for Vocal Solo nine years and under.
Happy Valley State School took out the top spot for Juvenile Choral Grades Three and Under and Juvenile Choral Grades Four to Six, while Happy Valley State School while St Joseph’s Vocal Ensemble placed first for Vocal Ensemble Grades Five and Six and Good Shepherd Catholic College Vocal Ensemble placed first for the Secondary School Choral.
The Isa Highlanders showed that singing really is their forte when they secured the top spot for the Open Age Vocal Ensemble, while Tarah Sweetman placed first in the Adult Vocal Solo. Marae Staples and Julie Collins placed first for Adult Vocal Duet.
In Piano Solos, Zoe Ryder placed first for Popular Jazz 10 Years and Under, while Gyan Angon placed first for Australian Composer 10 and 11 Years and Muthu Palaniappan placed first for Australian Composer Piano Solo 12 and 13 Years.
In School Ensembles, Happy Valley String Group took out the top spot in Primary School Strings Ensemble, while Good Shepherd Catholic College placed first in Secondary School Instrumental Ensemble.
Shelbie Leonard placed first in Stringed Instrument Solo 10 Years and Under, while Muthu Palaniappan placed first in Stringed Instrument Solo 11 to 13 Years and Lenita Woodsbey took out first place in the Adult Open Instrumental Solo.
Sharon Ranjit Kumar and Renisha Abraham played their way to first place for the Piano Duet Seven Years and Under, while Rose Elliott and Georgia Walls placed first for Piano Duet Eight and Nine Years. Tomas Clancy and Helena Freeman took out top spot for Piano Duet 10 and 11 Years while Piano Duet 12 and 13 Years went to Muthu Palaniappan and Jenisha Abraham.
Piano Quick Study 13 Years and Under went to Jenisha Abraham, while Popular/Jazz Piano Solo 12 & 13 Years went to Mariano Kohlhase.
