A mud covered Gracie Elvin capped off a "perfect day" for an Orica-AIS team that worked their "asses off" to claim back-to-back wins in Belgium's Gooik-Geraardsbergen-Gooik on Monday.

Elvin won the title last year, her first European win, and she repeated the dose in a reduced bunch sprint to the line.
The 27-year-old is becoming an expert in handling the wet, harsh conditions this race seems to throw up each year.
She had nothing but praise for her teammates, who played a role in the victory with Annemiek Van Vleuten forming part of a breakaway.

It's the third podium in a row for Orica-AIS, with Elvin's victory following a third-place for Sarah Roy and a second for Van Vleuten.
