With six losses and four wins, the Tigers face an uphill battle to make the finals this year.
But Nick Vlastuin, 22, has shown his commitment by signing on until at least the end of 2019, while midfielder Corey Ellis will wear the yellow and black until the end of 2018.
Defender Vlastuin has played 69 AFL games after being drafted at the end of 2012.
He told the club's website he was enjoying having more freedom to run through the midfield this year.
"It think I started off pretty slow but the last couple of weeks, I suppose it's easy to play well in a good team, a team that's playing well," he said.
Ellis, 19, made his debut in round five of last year and has played nine senior games for the Tigers in 2016, averaging nearly 15 disposals.
