The students celebrated with community members and organisations with activities, fun and laughter.
Healy State School P&C president, Megan Crowther, said there was plenty of stalls to celebrate the day.
“We had face painting, bead making, happy sacks, planting plants and emergency services, Bunnings and the Buffs Club made an appearance on the day,” she said.
“The day was all about bringing the young children together with community engagement and showcasing all the cool things that under eights do and enjoy at school.”
Coinciding with the celebration was a rainbow disco.
“Student also enjoyed the disco with the celebrations continuing, while raising money for the P&C.”
