Foot survived a count back challenge from Liz Debney after both players finished with scores of 72 nett.
Ball run down recipients were Auretta Perrin and Nicki Mills on 75 and Alison Gordon on 76.
The pin shots were shared between Auretta Perrin on fifth, Alison Gordon on 12th and Iris Oshalice (visitor from Newscastle) took the pro pin on 14th.
Earlier in the week Liz Debney claimed Wednesdays Bax Plumbing trophy recording 32 points in the Stableford Event.
