Nick Kyrgios has extended his perfect first-round record at Wimbledon, but when is it ever quite that simple? While being stretched to four sets by Czech veteran Radek Stepanek after failing to serve out the match in the third, the Canberran received a code violation for unsportsmanlike conduct, while also finding time to make an early bid for shot of the tournament with a tweener lob winner that landed on the baseline.
