Mr Richters said the Bull Arab was dumped in his property about three months ago, and he decided to find a home for it instead of taking it to the already burdened animal shelter Paws, Hoofs and Claws. The dog escaped through a hole in the property fence. Mr Richters said he spent about $2000 on the dog’s welfare.
