The vehicles collided southbound at Murrumba Downs, just south of the Dohles Rocks exit, about 6.15am, with two lanes blocked.
A police spokesman said there were no injuries but major delays were extending north along the highway.
He warned drivers to slow down, in the wake of a series of major crashes on south-east Queensland highways over the past week.
