Cloke had 11 touches in the Pies' loss to Richmond last week and has kicked just two goals in his last three games.
He was sent back to the VFL for six weeks earlier this season.
And although he managed four goals in a match-winning display against Greater Western Sydney in round 16, his form has been poor otherwise.
Collingwood have recalled young forward Darcy Moore who missed last week's loss to Richmond with a hamstring injury.
Jordan De Goey, Tyson Goldsack, Tom Phillips and Adam Oxley are also among the inclusions for the Magpies' Friday night clash with the Bulldogs after impressive VFL games last week.
The Magpies have also dropped Marley Williams, while Mason Cox, Ben Reid and Ben Crocker are all out injured.
The Dogs have made one change, with Matthew Suckling returning from an Achilles injury and Dale Morris out with a hamstring complaint.
For Melbourne's clash with Port Adelaide, Jesse Hogan returns from a minor knee injury, replacing an injured Sam Weideman.
For the Power, ruckman Matthew Lobbe will play his first game since round five, coming off a serious knee injury. Cam O'Shea and Jesse Palmer also come into the side, with frustrating John Butcher, Brendon Ah Chee and Paul Stewart all being omitted.
The Eagles have recalled Sam Butler for their clash with GWS, while the Giants bring back Dylan Shiel, Adam Kennedy and Matthew Kennedy.
No.1 draft pick Paddy McCartin will return for the Saints on Saturday night, for the Pride Game against the Swans, after another concussion layoff. Luke Dunstan comes out of the side with a shoulder injury. The Swans have made no changes.
In Sunday's extended squads, the Tigers bring back Shane Edwards for the match against Geelong, along with Todd Elton, Kane Lambert and young forward Ben Lennon, while Ben Griffiths comes out with a groin injury.
For the Cats, Jake Kolodjashnij, Shane Kersten, Lincoln McCarthy, Darcy Lang and Tom Ruggles have been added to the squad in place of Andrew Mackie, who has been managed, and Daniel Menzel with a groin injury.
