West Coast have made two changes for the clash on Friday night, with former Swan Lewis Jetta making his way into the side after being dropped three times throughout the season. Jackson Nelson is also in.
Jetta's last game was in round 16 when he tallied a mere nine disposals in the Eagles' narrow win over Melbourne.
In Saturday's blockbuster encounter between the Kangaroos and the Swans, North Melbourne welcome back key forward Ben Brown from a knee injury, while key defender Scott Thompson also returns from an adductor injury. Robin Nahas and Ryan Clarke have both been omitted.
Sydney have made team changes for the first time in three weeks, with experienced midfielder Ben McGlynn and key tall Kurt Tippett coming back into the side.
Tippett has not played since round 12 with a major hamstring injury and will be a welcome sight for Swans players. A concern for Sydney is that co-captain Kieren Jack will miss with a foot injury, while ruckman Toby Nankervis has been dropped.
For Saturday night's showdown the Crows welcome back ruckman Sam Jacobs who replaces first-year player Reilly O'Brien.
Port Adelaide meanwhile lose livewire Chad Wingard with a hamstring injury he sustained in his side's 40-point loss to Melbourne last week. Key forward Charlie Dixon also comes out with an ankle injury along with Logan Austin with a groin complaint.
The Tigers have made a plethora of changes for Saturday's game with St Kilda, with Kane Lambert being rewarded for strong VFL form while Callum Moore will make his debut, forgotten forward Todd Elton will get another chance at AFL level and young midfielder Connor Menadue comes into the side.
They replace Ben Lennon, the struggling Ty Vickery, Anthony Miles and Nathan Drummond.
For the Saints, Jarryn Geary makes his way back into the team, along with Jack Lonie and American ruckman Jason Holmes. They lose Sam Fisher to a hamstring injury and an in-form Tom Hickey with a calf complaint. Darren Minchington has been omitted.
The Giants have omitted Matthew and Adam Kennedy and welcome back Jacob Hopper and Nathan Wilson. They will face the Dockers, who will rest Matthew Pavlich and omit Ethan Hughes, while Aaron Sandilands will miss with a glute injury.
For Saturday night's game between Collingwood and the Gold Coast, Collingwood bring in Ben Crocker for Taylor Adams, who has sustained an ankle injury.
The Suns bring in debutant Brayden Fiorini, Sean Lemmens and Alex Sexton for Joshua Scoenfield, Mitch Hallahan and Jesse Joyce.
In Sunday's extended squads, Melbourne bring back Viv Mitchie, Sam Weideman and Alex Neal-Bullen, while the club's opponent Carlton have added Andrejs Everitt, Liam Sumner and Nick Graham.
The Lions welcome back Tom Bell among three others while forward Michael Close will miss the clash against the Cats with a knee complaint.
Geelong welcome back Andrew Mackie, Jed Bews and Darcy Lang.
In Sunday's twilight game Essendon has made four inclusions, with Darcy Parish and Mark Jamar among the big names returning.
For the Bulldogs, ruckman Will Minson returns to the squad among three others, with the only concern for the club is Matthew Suckling missing the game with an Achilles injury.
