The campdrafting events saw many competitors take on the course. Sam McReight on Dixie took first place in the Maiden Draft with 176 points, followed by Carlton Curr and Robert Hick.

The Maiden for Maiden Draft resulted in Ronald Cooke on Jimmy take first place with 88 points followed by Ann Whitfield and Robert Potts.

Ladies Draft saw Megan Bayles take top position with 86 points followed by Sharni Hall sealing second and third position.

The Mini Draft saw first place awarded to Ben Leake on Stitch with 80 points, followed by Lachlan Saunders and Rieley Williams.

Junior Draft saw Breanna Curr on Duke seal top position with 80 points, followed by Lucy Folker and Clint Folker.

Open Draft saw Vince Wall on Indent with 166 points take first place, followed by Alan Davison and Riely Curr.

Dan Crowley Jnr successfully placed first on Shakira and second on Party Girl in the Juvenile Draft, followed by Tom Morris.

The Novice Draft saw Thomas Mills on Destiny seal first place on 170 points followed by Alan Davison and Scott Harrington.

President, Luke Spreadborough, said there was plenty of action across the three days.

“Competitor numbers were up this year and the action did not disappoint the crowd of spectators,” he said.

“The rodeo events were great. The arena was halved, this enabled the program to run quicker.”

The first rodeo event saw the up and coming rodeo professionals in the Under 12s Poddy Ride.

Cade Ferguson had an unsupported ride across the arena sealing first place, followed by Woody Weir, Cooper Sedon, Jesse Remfrey and the encouragement award went to Rylee Remfrey.

The Station Buckjump saw the North West ringers have a crack with the first ride of Cody Smith sealing the victory with 61 points, followed by Hayden Schnitzerling and Rocky Scott.

The Open Bronc Ride saw riders take on some of the wildest horses in the North West with Isaac Telford sealing first place in front of Cody Smith and Jay Worley.

The Bullock Ride saw Jeremy Booth with the highest score followed by Cody Smith, Will Digby Ley and Jock Oates awarded the encouragement award.

The Open Barrel Race saw Anne Whitfield win first place with the quickest time, followed by Megan Folker, Lucy Whitbread and Jessica McCoy awarded the encouragement award.

Wendy Christie won the Campdrafters Barrel Race followed by Megan Folker and Lucy Whitbread.

The Open Bull Ride was won by Richard Upton, followed by Will Turner and Bailey French.

The Rural Plumbing Solutions Sprint bush racing final was won by Cha-Ching Cash owned by Troy Gallagher from Normanton.
