The Mount Isa Amateur Netball Association held their senior grand finals at Wellington Park with Vixens Foxes sealing a win over Tigers in division two.

It has been a battle between the two teams all season but Saturday evening was the final decider. Vixens was off to an early lead, with goal shooter Ereka Bexfield and goal attack Yvette Wehlow sealing an accumulated six goals in the first quarter.
Tigers were not far behind with goal shooter Lesleigh Watling and goal attack Morgan Buchanan sealing four goals.
The second quarter Vixens had more possession of the ball and sealed another seven goals over Tigers five. At half time the score result was Vixens 13, Tigers 9.
Tigers fought back in the third quarter with successful plays and shooting, they sealed another eight goals, while Vixens scored six.
The score stood Vixens 19, Tigers 17.
Vixens knew Tigers had closed in on their lead and came out in the final quarter ready to seal the grand final victory.
Both teams pressured each other and the plays were quick and accurate. Vixens capitalised on Tigers small mistakes and scored another seven goals over Tigers four.
The final score was Vixens Foxes 26, Tigers 21.
