A man has been charged after allegedly slashing two men's faces during an argument at a Southport house in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Police said three men, who were known each other, began arguing at a William Street home just after midnight.
It will be alleged one of the men produced "a bladed weapon" and slashed the other two men, cutting each of them on the face.
A 24-year-old Biggera Waters man has been charged with two counts of wounding and is due to appear in Southport Magistrates Court on Saturday morning.
Two local men, aged 28 and 23, were transported to Southport Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police are yet to confirm the exact weapon used and investigations are continuing.
