'Expert panel' to examine impact of Child Safety Department staff cuts

The impact of cutting 225 public servants from the Department of Child Safety by the previous government in 2012-13 is one area to be scrutinised by an expert panel to recommend major changes to foster care family approvals and blue card applications in Queensland.
