The Mandurah-based side led going into half-time – Peel Thunder 7.6 (48) to Subiaco's 5.3 (33) – and withstood serious third quarter pressure from Subiaco before heading into the last quarter with an insurmountable lead.
Peel Thunder overcame Subiaco's momentum to win at the final siren: Peel 11.13 (79) to Subiaco's 8.8 (56).
The Simpson Medal for the best player was awarded to Connor Blakely.
