Thursday is National Police Remembrance Day when police remember all those officers that have died on duty. Mount Isa Remembrance Day service is on at Good Shepherd Catholic Church at 10am. Cloncurry service is on at St Colman’s Catholic Church at 4pm, Julia Creek’s is at the RSL at 10am, Normanton’s is at the station as is Doomadgee’s at 6.30pm.
