Jacqueline said Mrs Maver’s Cat is not your average cat.
“He is a cat with magical powers, or at least thinks he is,” she said.
“When he says a magic rhyme doors open for door, another magic rhyme and food magically appears.”
However the cat meets a rat who puts his powers to the test in a fun-filled book that can be enjoyed by all the family.
The book was illustrated by Don Ezard who worked on the film Happy Feet.
