The NRL's policing of the controversial concussion rule is set to come under the microscope this week after Melbourne back-rower Dale Finucane tried to stop Andrew Fifita's match-winning try moments after a trainer indicated the Storm player needed to leave the field for a head injury assessment (HIA).
