Collingwood defender Jack Frost has decided to leave Collingwood for the Brisbane Lions and has agreed to a three-year contract, pending a trade getting done.

Frost's manager Ben Williams announced the news on Wednesday, but said the contract with the Lions had already been agreed on before Chris Fagan was announced as the club's new coach.
The 24-year-old has played 54 games for the Magpies, but only 10 in 2016 after struggling to lock down a consistent spot.
Frost leaving the Magpies is likely to ensure fellow defender Nathan Brown stays at the Magpies.
Brown has been linked to a move away from Collingwood after struggling to find form this season, but the Magpies are unlikely to let two key defenders leave in the same trade period.
