And the performers of seven of these acts will be visiting Mount Isa to compete in the annual school based annual talent show.
School of the Air, Richmond, Winton and Cloncurry students have performances ready for the night, said Apex Mount Isa president John Davis.
“The numbers are quite good. It’s a nice, quick, easy show. And looking at the Tony White Oval, it looks spectacular.”
He praised the Irish Club’s management of the oval and allowing Apex to host the event.
Judges will announce the best choreography, best backdrops, and best costumes of the night.
They will also mark lip synchronisation, coordination, choreography, interpretation, visual impact and overall appeal.
The show starts at 7pm, but the gates open two hours earlier.
Entry is $3 a person or $10 for a family of four. It is an alcohol free event.
