Two men are on the run after a shooting south of Brisbane that left a man fighting for life in hospital.

Police said the men drove to the Sunnybank Hills Caravan Park about 4.40am and entered a residence where another two men were sleeping.
Resident Wayne Dean, 54, was shot in the side and rushed to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition.
Regional duty officer Acting Inspector Tom Armitt said Mr Dean suffered very serious internal injuries and was believed to be in a life-threatening condition.
Detectives from Acacia Ridge spent the morning speaking with nearby residents but hadn't been able to release a description of the suspects or the car they were driving.
Acting Inspector Armitt said neighbours described hearing a gunshot and a car door slamming.
"We don't know if they're known to each other or whether it's random or anything at this point," he said.
Caravan park resident Ross Kelley told ABC radio he heard "about four gunshots" on Monday morning.
"I was sitting here having a coffee and I thought 'gee, it sounds like someone was hitting something'," he said.
Police maintained only one shot had been fired.
Fellow resident Kyle Wenden said he didn't hear anything and was shocked to find out what happened when he woke up.
"I've been here eight years and nothing like this has ever happened before," he said.
The other man staying at the residence, believed to be an acquaintance of the injured man, was unhurt.
