Emergency services found the body of a man who was working at a remote central Queensland mine in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The body of the 62-year-old Longreach man was reportedly retrieved about 2am, after the wall of the trench he was working in collapsed.
The man was working in a remote opal mine at Opalton, 110 kilometres south-west of Winton, when the incident occurred.
The alarm was raised about 4pm on Saturday when a friend of the victim called police after finding a vehicle crushed inside the mine.
Due to the remote location and poor road conditions, it took emergency crews close to six hours to reach the location, arriving about 10.30pm.
Using their hands, police and fire officers dug through about two metres of rubble before retrieving the man's body.
The cause of the collapse remains unknown however there are no suspicious circumstances.
A police spokesman said the mine was likely a small operation rather than a large commercial mine.
