Third from the left is the very first MIGATE apprentice Allan Mason.
MIGATE served Allan well and he remains in the Mount Isa business community.
These days he is the owner of Bears Mechanical on Commercial Road where he employs six motor mechanics of his own.
Also in the photo on the left is Rod Camm who has gone on to bigger things as the CEO of the Australian Council for Private Education and Training.
Second from the left is Rod Wilkinson, then MIGATE manager now in charge of the Department of State Development in Townsville.
On the right is Warren Hubner a former director of MIGATE and service station owner in Mount Isa.
