A man and woman who allegedly fled a car crash before carjacking a woman on the Gold Coast have been charged.

The pair were allegedly involved in a two-vehicle collision on Redondo Avenue at Miami about 11am before running from the scene.
They then entered a woman's car in Miami and forced her to drive them to Varsity Lakes, police say.
Police were notified about 12.30pm and soon after took the man and woman into custody at an address on Wattle Street.
No-one was injured during the incidents.
A 24-year-old Labrador woman and 36-year-old Varsity Lakes man were charged with two counts of unlawful use of motor vehicle and one count each of deprivation of liberty and enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence.
The pair are scheduled to appear in Southport Magistrates Court on Monday.
