Plumbers Union donates 2300 presents to foster children for Christmas

From a small donation of 20 presents four years ago to more than 2300 gifts this year, the Plumbing Union's efforts to buy Christmas presents for children in foster care has grown enormously - and it was all thanks to one union member.
