Opening batsman Marcus Harris and fast bowler Nathan Rimmington have been recalled to the squad, with Tom Beaton and Chris Tremain making way.
The Hurricanes have themselves made two changes, most notably axing former Australian Test fast bowler Shaun Tait. Spinner Clive Rose has also been omitted, while Sam Rainbird and Jake Reed have been added to the squad.
The match shapes as hugely important for the Renegades (2-3), who are in danger of falling out of falling too far away from the top four if they lose.
It is also a last roll of the dice for Hobart (2-4), who cannot make the finals if they are beaten.
The hosts are looking to snap a two-match losing streak having lost to the Melbourne Stars and Sydney Sixers on Saturday night and Monday night respectively.
