Richmond residents have the chance to put their new year resolutions into practice and shed unwanted kilos when free fitness classes resume at the end of the month.
“Get fit with Nic” returns on January 30 and will go four times a week.
All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged.
Morning sessions Monday and Wednesday 9.15-10.15am
Evening sessions 6-7pm.
All sessions at Shire Hall, bring a water bottle, towel and closed-in shoes.
