THE managing director of mining company CuDeco, Dr Dianmin Chen, has announced his resignation.

The mining company, which owns the Rocklands copper mine site in Cloncurry, issued an ASX statement about the resignation on Monday. Dr Chen’s last day in his role will be April 30.
“The board would like to express its thanks to Dr Chen for his efforts in transforming the company from an explorer into production,” it said.
