The newly crowned minor premiers warmed up for the finals with a regulation win over Townview at Sunset Oval on Saturday,
Townview won the toss and elected to bat first in their top of the table clash.
Kieren Von Hoff was the only batsmen to reach double figures top scoring with 13 runs.
Regular wickets fell as Townview were bundled out with a total score of 56 which included 11 extras.
Best bowlers for Blackstars was Cameron Conlan with 4 wickets for 23 runs whilst Evan Magnus and Alistair Baker finished with three wickets each.
Blackstars easilychased down the 57 requires to win the match.
The loss of Trent Cameron for 10 runs was the only wicket to fall.
The partnership of Andrew Cullis (35 no) and Cameron Conlan (9 no) held firm to ensure a comfortable nine wicket win for Blackstars ensuring they took the minor premiership.
Dale Roberts took the only wicket to finish with 1-41.
A. Moes finished with figures of 0-16.

Blackstars take on Panthers at Sunset and Cavaliers play Townview at Captain Cook.
The semi finals will now commence on March 4.
