Mr Hoch’s court mention was held in Mount Isa on Wednesday but was adjourned to Thursday, April 20. He is not required to appear at the next court date.
Mr Hoch has not entered a plea to any of the 342 criminal charges that he is accused of. These charges come from 14 sections of Queensland and Commonwealth legislation.
