Segeyaro has signed with Cronulla until the end of 2018 after English club Leeds struck a deal that released him to the premiers. The former Panthers and Cowboys dummy half is a chance of sharing the hooking duties with promising youngster Jayden Brailey against Parramatta at ANZ Stadium on Saturday night.

"I'm excited to have him in my squad," Sharks coach Shane Flanagan said.

"James has missed a fair bit of training and we probably won't see the best of him for a few weeks, however he is a quality player and one that will certainly add something to our team.

"He gives us some real competition at hooker and Jayden will need some help during the year and James will provide that."

Foran, who hasn't played since his tumultuous exit from Parramatta, received an NRL clearance to resume his career last round. However, the Warriors erred on the side of caution to ensure he has fully recovered from his shoulder problems. The premiership-winning playmaker has been named in jersey 21 and could resume his halves combination with New Zealand halfback Shaun Johnson. In a further boost for the Warriors, fullback Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is back after sitting out a week following a concussion.

The comebacks keep coming, with Matt Ballin a chance of also a chance of playing against Melbourne.
