Kyrgios hosted a Q&A with his 211,000 Twitter followers on Monday morning where he expressed a desire to play in Canberra and called for equality in player sanctions.
The 21-year-old superstar was asked if he'd rather smash a racquet in frustration or hit a ball out of a stadium.
Kyrgios responded: "Does it matter? Either way I'm getting punished more than anyone else!! #FineNK #Equality."

The response was met with support from his followers with one person suggesting in jest he would be fined for the tweet, which Kyrgios responded with a rolling eyes emoticon.
Kyrgios was then asked what city should be added to the ATP calendar and if he would play at the event.
"Easy! #Canberra," Kyrgios responded.
There are a set number of ATP events each year and if Canberra were to secure one it would come at the expense of Brisbane or Sydney who host tournaments in the lead up to the Australian Open.

Canberra currently hosts two Challengers and two Futures tournaments, but Tennis ACT boss Kim Kachel remains determined to bring more international tennis to the capital.
As Australia's number one player, Kyrgios' best chance of playing at home would be convincing Davis Cup captain Lleyton Hewitt to host a tie in the capital.
In February, Tennis ACT submitted an expression of interest to host Australia's Davis Cup quarter-final showdown against the USA, but were over overlooked for a third time.
However, Kachel and sports ACT sports minister Yvette Berry remain confident that Tennis Australian consider Canberra a genuine option to host an early round Davis Cup tie next year.
On Monday Kyrgios answered everything from his Wimbledon chances to his favourite NBA players in the hour-long fan interaction.
The polarising figure said he would rather win a grand slam than become world No.1 and named Hewitt as the best Davis Cup captain he's played under.
Best captain I've played under. Has created a proper team environment for us to launch from. https://t.co/pWFDFJZGdD??? Nicholas Kyrgios (@NickKyrgios) March 26, 2017
Kyrgios marked Hisense Arena and Wimbledon Centre Court as his favourites venues and said he would love to play doubles with Andy Murray, but keeps getting rejected.
Ask @andy_murray I've been knocked back so many times it's not even funny! https://t.co/hzwMTtDMuR??? Nicholas Kyrgios (@NickKyrgios) March 26, 2017
The world No.16 named Mark Philippoussis and Hewitt as his favourite Australian players, before stating he would be "so emotional and so happy" if his Croatian girlfriend Ajla Tomljanovic wins a grand slam before him.
I'd be so pumped, so emotional and so happy. Not mad at all. https://t.co/kS2456wgf4??? Nicholas Kyrgios (@NickKyrgios) March 26, 2017
Kyrgios cruised through to the Miami Open third round on Sunday and next faces Ivo Karlovic as he ramps up his preparation for the French Open next month.
