Former State of Origin referee Steve Clark will be in Mount Isa this weekend as part of the NRL Referee Development Update which is being held on Saturday morning.

Clark will then be attending the A Grade games on Saturday evening and Junior League matches on Sunday morning.
Clarks resume includes over 300 NRL games, 5 State of Origins and 8 Test matches.
The NRL Referee update on Saturday morning is open to all new and current match officials from across the North West area.
North Queensland Referee Development Officer, Michael Inman, is excited to have Steve Clark come to the Copper City to pass on his experience to the match officials.
Steve has a strong knowledge of the game, and great grasp on what happens at grassroots to ensure the game continues to flourish Inman said.

All match officials over the course of the weekend will have an opportunity to speak to Steve about a range of subjects, while also being mentored by one of the best Referee coaches in Australia.
The NRL Referee Update will start at 8am Saturday morning and be completed by 12.30pm.
First games at Alec Inch Oval start at 2pm with the Women doing battle, before the three A Grade games to round out the day.
Round 2 of the Lewie Fire premiership resumes after a two-week layout and sees Town take on Blackstars in a game of two undefeated clubs.
Wanderers take on premiers Cloncurry with both sides eager for their first win of the season.
In the final game Brothers play Normanton.
The sides had contrasting results in Round 1 though Brothers will take heart from their gutsy performance and just need to round out their game for a full 80 minutes.
In round one Normanton beat Cloncurry 40-30, Blackstars came from behind to beat Brothers 34-28 and Town beat Wanderers 44-20.
