Bourne won the Lotte World Tower International Skyrun - the world's highest stair climb - in South Korea on Sunday, stopping the clock in a record time of 15 minutes and 44 seconds.
He ran up 2917 stairs, 123 floors and 555 metres in the fifth tallest building in the world to climb to the summit of the Vertical World Circuit exhibition race.
It means Bourne has won the last three VWC events after he saluted in the final two races of last year, in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
It was also the third race in a row he's beaten home Poland's Piotr Lobodzinski, who finished second, with Manzi third.
