Winner of the best Children’s presentation at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in 2015, Trash Test Dummies features circus performers Jamie Bretman, Jack Coleman and Thomas McDonald.
An international hit with rave reviews, the three performers aim to appeal to audiences of all ages.
The show includes acrobatics, slapstick comedy routines and throwaway gags.
Their Queensland tour begins in Hughenden on May 3 before travelling to Normanton on May 5, Mount Isa on May 7, Julia Creek on May 10, Charters Towers on May 12.
The family-friendly Mount Isa show is at 1pm this Sunday May 7 at Mount Isa Civic Centre with tickets available through MIETV.
The trio then heads to Springsure, Blackall, Barcaldine, and Gladstone from May 15-22.
Audiences will walk away full of joy and inspired, feeling a sense of wonder and play in everyday objects, where trash becomes treasure.

Co-creator and co-director Jamie Bretman said audiences will have their expectations flipped in this imaginative work.
“Trash Test Dummies is a highly interactive show, which turns the mundane into magic,” Bretman said.
“Audiences will walk away full of joy and inspired, feeling a sense of wonder and play in everyday objects, where trash becomes treasure.”
Jack Coleman and his fellow Queensland tour performers are all graduates of the National Institute of Circus Art (NICA) in Melbourne.
They each boast a variety of talented disciplines including acrobatics, juggling, handstands and more.
The production has a strong emphasis on engaging with audiences, with most stops on tour hosting workshops and a meet-and-greet after the show.
The trio are also circus trainers, and free workshops are on offer at most locations to budding acrobats of all ages keen to try their hand at hula hooping, human pyramids or juggling.
arTour’s creative broker, Luke Harriman, said Trash Test Dummies is an exciting and rare opportunity for Queenslanders living in regional areas to see high-quality circus and comedy up close.
“arTour is very excited to help Trash Test Dummies tour for the first time to some of the furthest regions of Queensland,” Harriman said.
“For some families and kids, this is potentially the first time to see this type of work. For some audiences it may even be a defining moment for them, to see circus as a career they could aspire to work towards themselves.”
