ACT Brumbies coach Stephen Larkham says Tom Banks can be the man to ignite the team, adding the fullback's form forced a selection shake-up in South Africa.

Banks will start in the No. 15 jersey for the second time in three games when the Brumbies play the Southern Kings in Port Elizabeth on Sunday morning.
Banks' inclusion will see Aidan Toua shift to the unfamiliar left-wing role after starting at fullback in all but one of his 26 games games for the Brumbies.
"Aidan has tremendous experience and will give us good direction, but I think Banksy has performed well when he's been at fullback so I want to give him another chance there," Larkham said.
The Kings have won their past three games in a row and will be confident of toppling the Brumbies at home as the ACT side attempts to end a four-game losing streak.
The Brumbies have only played the Kings once before and that ended in a 28-28 draw at Canberra Stadium in 2013.
The Kings have already beaten three Australian teams this year - the NSW Waratahs, the Melbourne Rebels and the Western Force - and Toua said the Brumbies would not underestimate their opponents.
The Brumbies haven't won since Toua was a star in their demolition of the Queensland Reds six weeks ago.
"I'm actually pretty excited [changing positions]. I sat down and talked to [Larkham] and we felt we need Banksy on the field with the stuff he brings," Toua said.
"The best impact he can bring is at fullback, so me shifting to the left wing gives him a chance to be that spark and use his running game at No. 15.
"The back three are really interchangeable and might add a different and new dimension to our game."

The Brumbies haven't scored a try since the first half of their clash against the Wellington Hurricanes a month ago.
"It's been two and a half games now without a try, but it's not through lack of effort," Toua said.
"It's little execution errors that are letting us down. We're creating opportunities, we're just not finishing them so we've spoken about our composure so we can put it into the game this weekend."
