A teenage girl is fighting for life after being hit by a car in inner Brisbane and falling off a railway bridge onto tracks below on Friday night.

Police revived the 19-year-old victim at the scene in Taringa after she suffered a heart attack, before she was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
The crash happened about 7.30pm on the Swann Road railway bridge and the force of the crash knocked the victim onto the railway tracks below. She reportedly fell 15-20 metres.
A Translink spokesman said trains were suspended between Roma Street and Corinda for more than an hour, with buses replacing the affected services and resulting in 30 minutes of residual delays.
A 20-year-old female driver of the car was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital as a precaution.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the incident, but are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who may have dash cam footage of the area to contact Policelink on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
