The music section is the largest of all, taking place from May 31 to June 3 at the Mount Isa Civic Centre.
On Wednesday audiences enjoyed piano solos in the morning and singing choirs in the afternoon.
Solo singers performed into the evening, and on Thursday morning.
Friday’s performances include a mixture of strings, brass, woodwind, and classical.
This Saturday bands and orchestras take over the Civic Centre for a full day of music, including piano accordion, drums, bagpipes, piccolo, brass, woodwind, and strings.
Full results will be published in The North West Star next week.
This Sunday there will be two free confidence workshops from musician and performance teacher, Ruth Bonetti (see weekender for details).
For the full eisteddfod program visit the Civic Centre foyer.
