Next month, more than 180 people driving 90 cars and support vehicles will take the long road from Gladstone to Tamworth – through outback Queensland and northern New South Wales – as part of the 2017 Road Boss Rally.

The rally be taking 10 days to cover 4000km of the toughest back roads throughout the region.
And they will be taking in a couple of nights at the Boulia Camel Races.
The rally will be taking off from Gladstone on Monday July 10 - with overnight stops in Baralaba (July 11), Aramac (July 12), Winton (July 13), Boulia (July 14 and 15) and Stonehenge (July 16).
The 2017 Road Boss Rally will mark 30 years of rally organising for the Lawson family, more than a million kilometres on the road and an incredible $15m raised for different Australian charities.
Last year, they raised $250,000 for Australian not-for-profit GIVIT.
