Forget the Dockers getting smashed against the Lions and Crows, the biggest problem for the Dockers at the moment is Ross Lyon is a coach out of form.

What people don't realise is players get out of form and so do coaches.
Only a couple of weeks ago I gave the Dockers a B plus for their season so far, but how quickly it turns around because they have been shocking in two of their last three games.
The players don't look like they have come to play so that comes back to Lyon and his preparation.
There is something not right about the way the Dockers are starting games because the players are shadow boxing in the first quarter waiting to see what the opposition is doing.
The starts haven't become a problem, they are an epidemic.
The Dockers have started slow in most of their games and have lost eight first quarters.
Where is the hunger from the players at the start?
The players are looking around thinking "will Nat Fyfe get us back into the game or will Aaron Sandilands give me silver service with his taps"?
The leaders of the club need to take control more on the ground and try and arrest the momentum when a side gets a fast start.
Against the Lions I thought this was a chance for the Dockers to reverse their slide and have a fast start, but there was no intent, no application from the players so something is not right.
And again, this comes back to Lyon and his coaching.
The Dockers need to take control now and do a review on the run, like Collingwood and West Coast, because they can't keep ignoring those poor starts.
I think the Dockers' position on the ladder is flattering them because they got out of jail a few times.
Hawthorn and Sydney have shown over the years how to win in close games, but Fremantle are nowhere near those teams so the Dockers need to start playing more kids.
Fremantle won't make the finals, so they need to start planning for next year.
I'm not saying it's time for Fremantle to concede, but they need to find out what they have got on their list.
Shane Kersten has to be dropped and Cam McCarthy is on his last chance.
The Dockers have to work out how to get Griffin Logue back into the team and give ruckman Sean Darcy a go. He might be only 18, but the Dockers will never find out where he is at unless Freo give him a go.
The Dockers also have to persist with players like Brady Grey and Brennan Cox.
Tom Sheridan, Cam Sutcliffe and Lee Spurr continually let Freo down and they are not the future of the club.
More importantly, Fremantle need to show players in the AFL who might be restricted agents that Fremantle can be a destination club.
Players want to know they are getting on the right tram and there is a chance of playing finals and hopefully winning a flag.
The Giants Josh Kelly might get $9 million playing for the Roos but he will want to know he's on the right tram.
Hero of the week: Neale Daniher. What a remarkable public figure he has become for MND.
Goat of the week: The ICC. They should have scheduled the Champions Trophy later in the season when the weather was better.
Things that make you go hmmm: The AFL wanted to ban Suns' player Jarrod Harbrow for four weeks after his drink-driving charge. The bloke has been publicly shamed, fined and suspended by his club, yet the AFL wants to be the moral compass again.
