Law and order non existent in the budget
As far as law and order goes, Labor’s latest budget has been almost non-existent.

With a handful of additional officers sprinkled around the state and talk of a new counter-terrorism facility in the Premier’s electorate, it pales in comparison to the significant investment made by the
LNP, which included an additional 1100 officers on the beat working hard to make Queensland families safer.
With a capital budget underspend of more than $26 million that means that our hard working police aren’t getting the tools they need to keep Queenslanders safe.
Around the regions, capital purchases were also significantly underspent by $11.6 million.
That includes just under $1.8 million on the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay, $600,000 in the Outback and Cairns, $1.3 million on the Gold Coast, $700,000 on the Darling Downs and Toowoomba, $700,000 in Wide Bay and $600,000 in Townsville.
Drug and violent crime, including domestic violence, is increasing, the criminal gangs are back in business and Annastacia Palaszczuk is in a crime-wave denial.
It’s clear that Labor’s softly, softly approach is failing Queenslanders - doing nothing is not working.
Only the LNP is committed to leading a government that will provide safe and liveable communities as part of our plan to Build a Better Queensland.

Grabbing the air time
It has not been a good time for us atheist, tolerant, rational, humanist, secular, moderate, anti-theists, pro vaccine, pro fluoride people.
All the loony, religious, fanatical, ideological, Catholic, Islamic, Jewish halfwits have grabbed all the air time.
Let the rational people get some time once in a while please.
P.S. Pauline Hanson and Bob Katter are congenital imbeciles.
They can't help it.

Thank you from the Salvos
The Salvation Army would like to send a big thank-you to the Australian public for its incredible support of this year’s Red Shield Appeal.
There is great need in our community and the Salvos would not be able to give hope to Australians doing it tough without the overwhelming generosity of the public each year.
We are especially grateful to the thousands of volunteers who assisted us over the Red Shield Doorknock weekend to help those in need.
We are heartened to see the Australian public unite to give hope where it’s needed most.
In a typical week throughout Australia, the Salvos provide 100,000 meals for the hungry, 2000 beds for the homeless, distribute up to 8000 food vouchers and give refuge to 500 victims of abuse.
It is not too late to donate to the Red Shield Appeal. You can donate by calling 13 SALVOS (13 72 58) or online at salvos.org.au
Once again, we sincerely thank you.
