The Queensland Police Pipes and Drums band had a fantastic time visiting Normanton last week. The performance at the Shire Hall on Tuesday night was enjoyed by the band as well as many of the locals in attendance. Normanton welcomed the band who thoroughly enjoyed their time visiting with some of the local police and engaging and entertains some of the local children. The Pipes and Drums returned to Mount Isa where they performed at Outback Isa and were at the Laura Johnson Retirement Home Thursday.
