Campese said he's never experienced anything colder than when he got in a bath of lime green Canberra Milk four years ago - not ice baths or cryogenic chambers.

He's ruled out a repeat when Canberra Milk announce a new flavour in conjunction with the Raiders on Thursday.

"It's Crokes' turn mate, I've done mine it's up to Jarrod now," Campese laughed.

"My skin still feels beautiful from it. It's the coldest thing I've ever jumped in in my life. Out of all the chambers and ice baths and spas easily that was the coldest thing I've ever been in."

Raiders prop Junior Paulo hoped for a big crowd at Canberra Stadium on Sunday for their must-win clash against the Penrith Panthers, who sit in sixth and two wins above the Raiders.

The Raiders have to win to keep their season alive and get the bandwagon rolling again, but they'll need a few results to go their way as well.

There are three teams on 28 points - Penrith, Manly and North Queensland - with ninth-placed St George Illawarra on 26, two ahead of Canberra.

The Green Machine want Brisbane to knock off the Dragons at Suncorp Stadium on Friday night, Cronulla to go up to Townsville to win on Saturday night and Canterbury to beat the Sea Eagles at ANZ Stadium on Sunday.

The first two are a chance, but the last not so much.

"We've got to win all our games going into the last round as well and then [we're] depending on other results as well," Paulo said.

"If we had've won a couple more games throughout the year then we wouldn't have to wait until the last round [to know our fate], but we've got to take it week by week.

"We've got the Panthers who are a tough task this week - especially for us middles.

"Their middles have been dominating the packs they've been playing in the last couple of weeks so it's going to be a big challenge."
